Kelli Hrivnak, Principal

Kelli Hrivnak is a leader with over 15 years of experience in staffing and recruitment services.  Recognizing the limitations of quantity-driven staffing models, Kelli embarked on a mission to create a forward-thinking alternative.  In 2014, she founded Knak Digital, a recruiting agency prioritizing strategy and quality over high-volume recruitment.

As the founder of Knak Digital, Kelli assumes responsibilities for all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations.  Throughout her career, Kelli has partnered with various companies, from Fortune 500 corporations to start-ups.  Her extensive background in the technology and marketing industry has provided her with valuable insights and a deep understanding of client needs.

Before Knak Digital, Kelli served as an account manager and led the technical division of a Baltimore search firm for seven years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Towson University.

Kelli lives in the Frederick, MD area with her husband and three kids where she serves as resident Fun Director, runner, and champion for inclusivity.
